During a recent drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, I had the pleasure of dining at a roadside restaurant situated conveniently along the highway. Opting for a dine-in experience, I ordered roti accompanied by Dal and a dry chicken dish. Over all experience was not so good. ”
